Carla is the best! Her advice and specific performance with every issue and challenge was terrific. For example, other agents we interviewed claimed that advertising in the San Francisco Chronicle was a waste of time and money. But contrary to such advice, Carla placed an ad in the San Francisco Chronicle which produced the best three competing offers. The hot seller’s market drew dozens of interested buyers but all three of the final pre-approved buyers who bid on the property resulted from Carla’s ad in the Chronicle.
The other agent that we almost signed with advised that staging was a waste of money, but not Carla who engaged a terrific stager who had the job done with only three days’ notice, which really influenced the selling price. These are just two specific decisions that made Carla so great. Over the twenty years that Carla has been an agent she has earned the respect and works well with the complexities of inspections and title company processes. Carla is Personable, Efficient, Devoted and has great warmth and personal integrity.
